QUOTES & PAYMENTS

Quotes are estimates and for reference only. Prior to invoicing, clients will be given an exact rate for their project(s). Standard rates vary based on demand. Clients will be invoiced via Square, a secure payment portal.

Payment can also be made via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Inquire about alternative payment methods.

All payments for mastering projects are non-refundable. Payment must be made in full prior to final delivery of media. 

MEDIA & ARCHIVING

Media delivery methods are selected by the client at the time of project submission. Some formats incur additional charges. Final delivery in all formats will be made after client approval of masters (after revisions have been made, if applicable).

Additional formats requested more than 10 days after media delivery may incur additional charges. 

Final masters will be archived for 1 year, but we assume no responsibility to do so. Archiving and securing of digital and physical media is the sole responsibility of the client. 

REVISIONS

Clients are allowed a reasonable number of revisions to their masters as a courtesy, but the number of revisions allowed is at the mastering engineer's discretion. To date, no revision requests have been deemed unreasonable.

Revisions requested more than 10 days after media delivery may be subject to additional charges.
